Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant/Activities Co-ordinator to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and engaging activities within a care home environment or through home care services. The successful candidate will play a vital part in enhancing residents' wellbeing, fostering social interaction, and supporting individual care plans. A friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring residents’ needs are met with dignity and respect
Organise and facilitate engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities, promoting social inclusion and mental stimulation
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and activity participation in accordance with organisational policies
Assist with organising outings or community events to enrich residents’ experiences

This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while developing valuable skills within the care sector. We welcome applications from motivated individuals committed to delivering exceptional care and enriching residents’ daily experiences.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
