Parts Advisor

Join an Award-Winning Team

Due to continued growth and area expansion, Cowan Bros NI Ltd is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy Mullusk depot parts team. As an award-winning Case IH and CASE Construction dealership, we offer excellent working conditions, career progression, and the opportunity to be part of a successful and expanding business.

The Role

You will:

Assist customers in identifying and supplying the correct parts.
Process parts enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Manage stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
Process orders using our computer systems.
Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
Work closely with the workshop and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.

About You

Previous parts experience in agriculture, construction or a similar industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of agricultural or construction machinery.
Mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
Strong customer service, communication and IT skills.
