Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator with excellent attention to detail? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your work makes a real difference to colleagues and services across the organisation?

The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Services Administrator to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment, contractual changes, employee records management and workforce administration across the Trust

As a HR Services Administrator, you will provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service, supporting managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, processing contractual changes, maintaining accurate workforce data and ensuring compliance with NHS employment checks and safer recruitment standards.

Working closely with managers and colleagues across the Trust, you will:

Coordinate recruitment campaigns from advert to appointment.

Prepare interview documentation and candidate correspondence.

Undertake pre-employment checks in line with NHS Employment Check Standards

Issue offers of employment and contracts.

Maintain accurate records on ESR and other HR systems.

Support payroll-related employee changes and workforce administration.

Respond to queries from managers, employees and external applicants.

Contribute to service improvements and the delivery of a professional, customer-focused HR service.
