Brand Presenter & Social Media Lead

Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Salary: £16,000–£24,000
Position: Part-time.

Become the Face of One of the Midlands’ Fastest-Growing Automotive Businesses

We are looking for an energetic, confident and highly creative individual to become the public face of Parkland Motors, Parkland Fleet Solutions and LeaseFast.

This is not a conventional office-based marketing position.

You will be in front of the camera, around our vehicles, speaking to customers, creating attention-grabbing content and helping turn our brands into some of the most recognised names in the UK automotive market.

The successful candidate will have a strong personality, natural confidence and the ability to communicate in an entertaining, trustworthy and persuasive way.

You must be equally comfortable presenting a professional business leasing offer, filming a fast-paced vehicle walkaround, interviewing a customer and appearing live on social media.

Your Role

You will take ownership of our day-to-day social media presence and become the principal presenter across our online channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Presenting vehicles, leasing offers, rental deals and company updates on camera.
Creating daily content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Developing original video concepts, campaigns, competitions and recurring content series.
Filming professional vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries and behind-the-scenes content.
Presenting Parkland Motors, Parkland Fleet Solutions and LeaseFast in a confident and consistent manner.
Interviewing customers, staff members, business partners and industry guests.
Hosting live broadcasts, question-and-answer sessions and promotional events.
Writing engaging captions, headlines, scripts and calls to action.
Responding to comments, messages and online enquiries.
Working closely with the sales team to convert online attention into genuine leads and vehicle sales.
Monitoring content performance, enquiries, leads and conversions.
Identifying automotive trends and reacting to them quickly.
Building relationships with influencers, local businesses and potential commercial partners.
Helping develop the public personality and tone of each brand.
Representing the company at vehicle launches, exhibitions, dealer events and business meetings.

The Person We Want

We are looking for someone who is:

Extremely confident and natural in front of a camera.
Energetic, charismatic and comfortable attracting attention.
Articulate, persuasive and commercially aware.
Able to explain vehicle offers clearly without sounding scripted.
Creative enough to produce fresh content ideas every week.
Comfortable approaching and speaking to members of the public.
Professional enough to present the business to finance companies, manufacturers and corporate clients.
Organised and capable of maintaining a consistent content schedule.
Familiar with current social media formats, trends and algorithms.
Able to work quickly and produce content without requiring a large production team.
Genuinely interested in cars, business, sales or entrepreneurship.
Motivated by measurable results rather than likes and views alone.

Experience in automotive marketing is helpful but not essential. Personality, presentation ability, creativity and commercial instinct are more important.

Essential Skills

Strong on-camera presenting ability.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Social media content creation experience.
Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Basic video filming and editing ability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work from our Loughborough premises.
Willingness to occasionally attend evening or weekend events.

What Success Looks Like

During your first six months, you will be expected to:

Establish a recognisable public personality for the business.
Create a consistent daily content programme.
Build recurring video formats that audiences recognise and follow.
Increase genuine enquiries across vehicle sales, rental and leasing.
Improve engagement across all major platforms.
Develop a clear system for tracking leads generated from social media.
Build a library of professional customer testimonials and vehicle presentations.
Help make Parkland and LeaseFast trusted and recognisable automotive brands.

Basic Part-time salary of £16,000–£24,000, depending on experience.
