Job Overview
And1 Tech is a fast growing digital marketing company managing the marketing budgets for some of the fastest growing sweepstakes casino brands in the US. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement and growth across multiple brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early career marketer looking to gain hands on experience across paid media, content, analytics and campaign management. Working closely with our CMO and leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your skills in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other digital channels
Create engaging content ideas and campaign concepts based on social media trends, customer behaviour and market insights
Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Use AI tools to support campaign analysis, reporting and decision making
Assist with A/B testing of creative, messaging, audiences and landing pages
Track key performance metrics including traffic, conversions, customer acquisition costs and ROI
Work closely with the CMO and wider team to develop and implement marketing strategies
Conduct competitor research and stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends
Support the management of multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Help identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability
Prepare reports and present insights and recommendations to the wider team
Contribute new ideas and take ownership of projects in a fast moving, growth focused environment

Experience

A recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related subject, or up to 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role
Understanding of digital marketing channels including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing or social media
Strong interest in digital marketing, online consumer behaviour and emerging social trends
Comfortable analysing data and using insights to make recommendations
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to support research, analysis and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Commercially minded with an interest in performance marketing and ROI
Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast paced environment

Desirable

Experience running paid social or Google advertising campaigns
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or similar marketing platforms
Experience creating content for social media channels
Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign optimisation and reporting
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation tools
Interest in online gaming, digital entertainment or consumer marketing
