Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as Waiting/Bar Staff and become the heart of an energetic hospitality environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, attentive service at the bar and dining areas. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or bar seats with a positive attitude
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service
Serve drinks and meals with precision, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas throughout your shift
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu options and specials
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and food preparation basics
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for handling transactions confidently and accurately
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, supporting food prep or plating as needed
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Upbeat attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
