Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Saw Person to join our manufacturing team in. This role is vital in ensuring precise cutting and assembly of aluminium components for our fire-rated products, contributing to our company's reputation for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Operate aluminium sawing machinery with precision to cut materials according to specifications.
Set up and maintain saw equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Measure and mark materials accurately before cutting.
Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure timely production.
Inspect finished components for quality and adherence to standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist in other manufacturing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience operating aluminium or metal saws in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and tooling.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

This role will involve a 6 month probationary period, this will become a full time permanent position for the right candidate.
