Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales & Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and drive our sales initiatives. This pivotal role combines exceptional management of the reception area with strategic oversight of B2B sales activities. As the face of our organization, you will create a welcoming environment for visitors while motivating your team to achieve sales targets through innovative approaches and strong leadership. Your expertise in Salesforce, analysis skills, and management will be essential in optimizing customer interactions and expanding our business relationships. Responsibilities

Oversee daily reception operations, ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient experience for all visitors and callers
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed B2B sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management
Develop and implement sales strategies leveraging Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance
Build strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our client base
Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain a well-organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s professional image at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in management roles with a focus on sales or customer service leadership
Strong background in B2B sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and analyzing sales data
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights and inform strategic decisions
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop team members
Outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with clients, visitors, and internal teams
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
