We are excited to offer an exceptional position for a Valuer with our esteemed Pattinson Washington team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build and grow is what we are looking for. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Previous estate agency experience is required for this role along with a driving licence and a good knowledge of the local area

The Role:

As a Sales and Lettings Valuer, your responsibilities will include:

· Conducting accompanied viewings on residential and lettings stock.

. Conducting market appraisals

. Listing properties for sale, rental and promoting the benefits of our Auction service

· Negotiating sales and lettings offers to achieve successful outcomes.

· Providing regular marketing updates to sellers and landlords, identifying strategies to enhance interest and enquiries for their properties.

· Assisting in the progression of sales through the legal process, liaising between buyers, sellers, and solicitors.

· Actively generating residential and lettings market appraisals to drive new sales and lettings instructions.

· Identifying mortgage opportunities and scheduling mortgage appointments with our financial service partners.

· Recognising conveyancing opportunities and maximising referrals to our in-house panel law firms.

· Enhancing brand awareness through effective utilisation of social media platforms.

The salary is minimum wage plus uncapped commission. Our current valuers are earning upwards of £30,000 per annum with commission included.

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis with time given in lieu
