Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platform and digital retail initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the entire e-commerce operation, ensuring seamless integration with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence, implement innovative strategies, and foster growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
Manage and optimise the company's online stores across eBay, Amazon, Back Market, and other e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns to maximise product visibility and sales.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyse sales performance to identify growth opportunities and expand sales through online marketplaces and digital channels.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Skills

Excellent negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships and logistics partnerships.
Deep understanding of category management principles combined with merchandising expertise to maximize product visibility and sales.
Knowledge of materials handling equipment including forklift operation; ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
Analytical mindset with strong root cause analysis skills to troubleshoot issues related to stock levels, shipping delays, or system discrepancies.
