This Grade II listed five-star hotel stands on the historic site of King Henry VIII’s Bridewell Palace and features 205 stylish guestrooms and suites along with versatile meeting and event spaces. Duties and responsibilities

Assist the pastry team with the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring all items meet Hyatt’s quality, creativity, and consistency standards.
Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, food safety, and allergen control in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support senior pastry chefs with daily operations, including dough and batter preparation, stock rotation, mise en place, temperature checks, and verifying ingredient deliveries.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues across the pastry and main kitchen teams.
Demonstrate initiative in learning new pastry skills, techniques, and recipes to further develop professionally and uphold the high standards of the Hyatt pastry department.
