Quality & Performance Housing Analyst

Your next role

The Quality & Performance Housing Analyst will drive service improvement through performance monitoring, quality assurance, and data insight across housing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including those set by the Regulator of Social Housing and the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code.

We are looking for two Quality Performance Housing Analyst’s.

Focus of role One

We have an opportunity Within the Compliance and Property Condition team, the role focuses on extracting, analysing, and interpreting data to measure performance across Housing and Operations, providing high-quality insight into trends, emerging risks, and property-related performance.

Focus of role Two

Within the Strategy and Improvement team, the role leads audits, case reviews, and performance analysis to support decision-making, identify risks, and drive service improvements. Responsibilities include managing housing performance data, including KPIs, Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), statutory returns, and customer feedback, using insight from complaints and performance to recommend improvements and share lessons learned.

Working collaboratively across Housing, Operations, and Corporate teams, you will support governance, policy development, regulatory readiness, service reviews, benchmarking, and continuous improvement, while promoting a data-driven, insight-led culture.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a sound understanding of housing regulation and performance frameworks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight that improves services and outcomes for residents.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).

The ability to travel throughout the Borough will be required and access to a car.

The team operates a hybrid working model with all practitioners expected to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
