** Due to gambling legislation, all candidates should be aged 18 or over **

One of the largest independent Bingo Operators in Scotland are now looking for Full Time Customer Service Assistants for our bingo club in Dunfermline.

We are looking for individuals who have previous Customer Service experience and candidates who have good numeracy skills as a large part of this role is cash handling. This is a fun environment and we want our customers to enjoy their experience so it is an advantage if you have a fun, outgoing personality. Applicants with kitchen/catering experience are welcomed.

Experience is preferred but not essential - all training will be provided.

We pride ourselves on a fun and diverse environment for both our staff and customers. Our in-house training and development scheme evaluates skills and can enhance your pay grade with progression.

- Wages from £12.71 - £13.10

Trainee Team Assistant - £12.71 per hour.
Team Assistant - £12.85 per hour (achievable after 4-6 weeks of employment; competent in two departments)
Senior Team Assistant - £13.10 per hour (achievable in 2-3 months; competent in four departments)

- Wages are paid fortnightly.

- Evening and Weekend shifts required for all positions; full day shifts are on a 'split-shift' basis.

- Contracts for 32 hours are available, working 5 days out of 7.

We deliver comprehensive training in all areas of our business, allowing you to progress to management level if you wish. We deliver accreditation opportunities with City & Guilds, REHIS and SQA for all staff. You will have the opportunity to work in our bar, bistro, customer service, cash handling and administration roles. We pride ourselves in developing all of our staff and giving them the opportunity to grow as we also have a Trainee Management Programme.
