We've built a loyal direct-to-consumer following. Now we're scaling our wholesale and B2B side — getting Yass Clean onto the shelves of retailers, distributors and trade partners across the UK and beyond. That's where you come in.

The role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own and grow our wholesale and B2B sales channel. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-moving, ambitious brand at a real inflection point — you'll have the autonomy to build a pipeline from the ground up, shape how we go to market, and directly influence the growth of a business people genuinely love.

You'll be the face of Yass Clean to trade customers: identifying opportunities, opening doors, closing deals and building long-term partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other B2B buyers.

What you'll be doing

Identifying, prospecting and winning new wholesale and B2B accounts — independent retailers, national chains, distributors, discounters and online resellers
Owning the full sales cycle: from first contact and pitch through to negotiation, close and onboarding
Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, hitting (and beating) revenue and margin targets
Nurturing and growing existing trade accounts, maximising reorders, range and shelf space
Negotiating pricing, terms and promotional plans that work for both the customer and the business
Representing Yass Clean at trade shows, buyer meetings and industry events
Working closely with our marketing, operations and fulfilment teams to make sure customers get a first-class experience
Feeding market and customer insight back into the business to help shape product, pricing and strategy
Keeping accurate records of activity, pipeline and forecasts in our CRM

About you

We care more about attitude, hunger and results than a specific number of years on your CV. You might be an experienced BDM or an ambitious salesperson ready to step up — either way, you'll likely recognise yourself in most of the below:

A natural relationship-builder who's confident opening doors and comfortable picking up the phone
Commercially sharp — you understand margins, pricing and what makes a deal work for both sides
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and diary
A strong communicator and negotiator, in person, on calls and over email
Organised, with solid CRM and general IT skills
Excited by a fast-paced, growing brand where things move quickly and no two days are the same
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers and events

Nice to have (but not essential):

Experience in wholesale, B2B or field sales
Background in FMCG, consumer goods, cleaning, beauty or retail
An existing network of retail or trade contacts
