Kitchen Porter (KP)

Locations: Ollie's Restaurant | Portofino | TIDES – Torquay
Hours: Part-time & Full-time Available
Pay: National Minimum Wage (depending on age and experience) + generous tips

We're looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our teams at Ollie's, Portofino, and TIDES. Our restaurants are busy, fast-paced and passionate about delivering exceptional food and service, and our kitchen teams are at the heart of everything we do.

Whether you're looking for your first job or already have kitchen experience, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. Duties include:

Washing pots, pans, crockery and kitchen equipment
Keeping all kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
Helping with deliveries and stock organisation
Waste disposal and recycling
Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
A team player who's happy to muck in wherever needed
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
