Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued clients, driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will help us strengthen client relationships and expand our market presence. Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online platforms to promote our products and services.
Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Manage a pipeline of B2B (business-to-business) accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and account details using IT systems.
Drive personal productivity by managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles with strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with IT tools.
Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Valid driving license preferred for visiting clients or attending meetings outside the office.
