Full job description

We are Tones Specialist Paperhangers Ltd, we install beautiful wallcoverings in properties throughout the UK and abroad. Our support team is based in Sandy with our installation teams operating from London. Due to exceptional demand we are looking for another person to join the support team in Sandy, part time.

The role is dynamic and involves administration tasks to support the business including estimating from construction plans and elevations, preparing and issuing estimates and invoices, maintaining records and diaries on-line, researching and resourcing suppliers and supplies, responding to telephone and email enquiries and supporting the teams of installers.

Working closely with the Directors and existing PA/Business Support this is a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility and adaptability, excellent communication and cooperation.

Duties Include:
- Preparing and issuing estimates (using MS Excel) and invoices (using Xero)
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintaining records for contracts, timesheets, diaries and other tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Research and resource suppliers and supplies

Skills:
-Ability to work from construction plans and elevations in order to estimate for contracts

- Excellent written and verbal communication particularly telephone manner
- Experience of working in a small business/team
- Familiarity with MS Office and Xero
- Strong administrative skills, including organisation and time management
- Keyboard skills and attention to detail
- General office skills, such as filing, scanning, and copying

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

This is a part-time, casual role and hours are not guaranteed. We aim to give as much notice as possible when we require you to work, but this can be the day before, or on the day, depending on the workload at any given time. You may be asked to cover holiday/sickness of other Business Support Staff. Hours are negotiable, within office hours (9am-4pm) and hourly rate is dependent on experience.
