Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Assistant to join our retail team! Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, providing exceptional service to enhance their experience
Manage daily store operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized environment
Support sales initiatives by promoting products and upselling when appropriate
Supervise team members, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere
Oversee inventory management, including stock checks and accurate record keeping
Handle administrative tasks such as processing transactions, managing phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and maintaining store records
Assist in training new staff members and supervising team performance to ensure high standards of customer service

Qualifications

Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or related fields
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with good phone etiquette
Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Administrative experience is preferred to support store functions smoothly
