Warehouse Administrator – Wigan

About the Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll provide essential support, ensuring information is accurate, processes run efficiently, and customer enquiries are responded to promptly. From maintaining KPI records and completing Red Prairie transactions to communicating with customers and supporting managers with reliable data, you’ll play a vital part in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the operation.

Organisation, accuracy, and a can‑do attitude are key to success in this role.

What You’ll Do:

Complete a range of general administrative tasks, including filing.
Carry out Red Prairie transactions with accuracy.
Maintain and update key performance indicator (KPI) records daily and weekly.
Support the management team by providing clear and accurate information.
Communicate professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
Use Microsoft Office programs confidently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good level of numeracy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Red Prairie.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
Creative, proactive problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing demands (including shift patterns).
