What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but you'll be:

✅ Supporting customers via phone, email and online enquiries
✅ Resolving queries quickly, professionally and accurately
✅ Building positive relationships with customers and partners
✅ Investigating and solving issues from start to finish
✅ Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
✅ Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments
✅ Identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and internal processes

Most importantly, you'll be ensuring every customer feels valued, listened to and supported.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Remains calm and positive under pressure
✔ Is highly organised and can manage multiple priorities
✔ Has strong attention to detail
✔ Takes ownership and sees issues through to resolution
✔ Is confident using Microsoft Office and business systems including CRM
✔ Brings a positive attitude and a team-first approach

Experience

Previous customer service, customer support, administration, contact centre or account support experience would be advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
