Pay: £35 -£40k per annum + Great bonus structure.

Job Description:

The Role: You will be responsible for nurturing and developing new and existing business relationships within the interior design and contract soft furnishing industry.

We are a specialist contract fabric supplier to the hospitality, leisure, care home, office and residential interior design sectors.

This is a proactive sales role and focuses on self-initiated communication to drive customer account engagement and ultimately specifications and sales activity. You will be expected to use all methods available to make active, engaged and fruitful relationships within the industry.

It’s a hybrid location role split between our Shrewsbury office, working from home and taking part in events around the country.

About Premier Voile We are a 30-year-old family owned and managed business, well known in the contract fabric and interior design industry. Our focus on technical and design excellence has made us a trusted partner to designers and contractors alike for more than three decades, and we are now looking for a dynamic sales professional to join the team.

The Ideal Candidate: Will be commercially astute, resourceful, confident, articulate and have a proven track record in successful B2B sales & account management. It’s a consultative sales role and as such needs a natural sales communicator with professional maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

Being resourceful in finding new clients and opportunities.
Building new and existing customer relationships to develop future sales enquiries.
To know the industry and understand how, where and why we fit in.
Updating and utilising Zoho CRM on all activities.
Collaborating with designers, contractors, procurement and property owners.
Following up with potential projects in the wings.
Provide transparency with reporting on activities, progress and feedback.

Key Requirements/Education:

Contract interior sector sales rep experience would be well received.
Extensive B2B sales account management & business development experience.
Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferred.)
Must have a full driving license.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
Interest in interiors/ textiles/ design (an advantage).
