Regional Facilities Services Manager
Location: Leeds, with regular travel across the regional portfolio, including Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Edinburgh

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Regional Facilities Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across six key corporate locations throughout the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team with an October 2026 start date.
Based in Leeds, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a geographically dispersed management team and ensuring an outstanding workplace experience across the regional portfolio. Reporting directly to the Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, strengthening client relationships and delivering commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the operational delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

Managing and developing a regional leadership team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Taking full ownership of operational performance, ensuring contractual KPIs, SLAs and service standards are consistently achieved.

Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the principal operational lead across the regional portfolio.

Managing regional budgets and P&L performance, driving efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service quality.

Monitoring operational performance through audits, inspections, reporting and customer feedback, implementing improvement plans where required.

Leading Health & Safety, compliance and risk management across all sites, ensuring full adherence to legislation and company policies.

Managing suppliers, subcontractors and specialist service providers to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery.

Supporting service mobilisation, innovation and sustainability initiatives to enhance operational performance and workplace experience.

Providing leadership during significant operational incidents, business continuity events and service recovery situations.

Working closely with the Account Director and wider leadership team to deliver strategic objectives and identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a confident operational leader who can demonstrate:
-
Significant experience managing integrated Facilities Management services across multiple sites or regional portfolios.

Proven leadership experience managing managers, supervisors and operational teams across geographically dispersed locations.

Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, forecasting, cost control and P&L responsibility.

Experience delivering services against KPIs, SLAs and contractual performance measures.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at both local and senior client level.

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance, audit processes and operational risk management.

Experience managing contractors, suppliers and subcontracted service partners.

Outstanding leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive high performance.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, service improvement and operational excellence.

Flexibility to travel regularly across the regional portfolio.
Desirable
-
IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) as a minimum; NEBOSH National General Certificate or a higher-level Health & Safety qualification would be advantageous.

Membership of IWFM, RICS or another relevant professional body.

Experience managing corporate or national Facilities Management portfolios.

Exposure to multiple FM service lines, including cleaning, catering, hospitality, technical services and workplace experience.

Experience leading service mobilisation, transformation or continuous improvement programmes.

Knowledge of emergency response, crisis management and business continuity planning.
