Brand Ambassador & Partnerships Executive

Location: Hybrid / Remote (United Kingdom)

Salary: £500 per week basic + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

About The Opportunity

Z Group is seeking a confident, ambitious and highly motivated Brand Ambassador & Partnerships Executive to represent a growing portfolio of innovative digital products and business ventures.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with an established social media presence who enjoys creating content, building relationships and engaging with business owners both online and in person.

The successful candidate will become the face of several exciting projects, helping increase brand awareness, generate new users and support business growth through content creation, networking and partnership development.

This role combines elements of brand representation, social media marketing, client engagement and business development.

We are looking for someone who is confident speaking on camera, comfortable creating engaging content and capable of building genuine relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Z Group and its portfolio of brands across social media platforms.
Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other digital channels.
Promote products and services through organic content and personal brand influence.
Attend occasional meetings, networking events and business visits.
Build relationships with potential customers, partners and influencers.
Generate new user registrations and customer acquisitions.
Assist with outreach campaigns and partnership opportunities.
Support the founder with administrative and business development tasks when required.
Provide feedback and market insights from customer interactions.
Act as a positive and professional representative of the company both online and offline.

Requirements Essential

Female / Male applicant.
Minimum 30,000+ followers on TikTok.
Active Instagram presence with strong engagement.
Confident speaking on camera.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and modern social media trends.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Comfortable attending occasional in-person meetings and events.

Preferred

Previous experience as a brand ambassador, influencer, content creator or social media manager.
Sales, marketing or customer-facing experience.
Experience promoting products or services online.
Knowledge of business, technology or startup environments.

Compensation

£500 per week basic pay.
Uncapped commission structure.
Additional performance-based bonuses.
