Job Summary

Hampshire Rigging Services Ltd businesses is growing, due to this we are expanding our office. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office Administrator / Office Manager to become a member of our team at Hampshire Rigging Services.

This vital role combines administrative excellence with office management expertise, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to our leadership. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, and bring positive energy to the workplace. Your contributions will help an efficient, welcoming, and productive office atmosphere where everyone can succeed. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to priorities tasks efficiently in a very busy office. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

· Due to insurance purposes candidate must be 25 years old and over

· 2x Full-time PA/Office Manager/Office Administrator

· Hours Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3pm (35 hours per week)

· Salary £13.50 hour to £17.50 depending on experience

· Pension

· Annual Bonus

*Managing staff wages/payroll, holidays, staff contracts,

*Booking and organising planned work due to commence.

*Handling correspondence via email, phone with professionalism and courtesy ensuring clear communication across all port managers/engineers to access the cranes and purchasing of new wire rope, wire rope slings

*Oversee office supplies and stationery.

*Purchasing materials from all over Europe, quoting with Euros and Sterling. *Import & Export goods to Czech Republic, Sweden & Dublin.

*Shipment carrier to all over the UK and Dublin – assisting with export and import of goods including custom clearance

*Handle large sums of money via on online banking, incoming and exporting – both euros and sterling.

*Work on many databases, Microsoft office suite -Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,

*Other databases used are Ariba, Xero account software, Certification programme, Constructionline, Safe contractor, Freight software

*Quoting customers for jobs – including stock and labour

*Hotel and travel bookings

*Certification – processing documentation into a database to create a certificate

*Stock control. Ordering new materials and goods and keeping records up to date.

*CIS/PAYE – assisting and payment

*28 days Holiday

*Training will be available

*Odd PA duties for both Directors
