THE ROLE_
The Business Operations Analyst supports the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data that underpins Talon’s pipeline, vendor costs, revenue reporting and financial processes. Reporting to the Director, Operations (Commercial & Data Operations), the Analyst will maintain recurring reporting and controls, reconcile information across Plato, Atlas, pipeline and Finance outputs, and investigate discrepancies before they affect downstream reporting or decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working through data and process issues. The Analyst will independently own defined recurring processes, partner with Client, Commercial and Finance teams to resolve issues at source, and contribute to systems, automation and process improvements that make the function more scalable and reliable.
