Job description

Alpine Surveys are excited to offer a new vacancy for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team.

The future team member will ideally have knowledge and experience regarding the building industry, but this is not essential as training will be provided.

In return, we offer a wonderful opportunity to come and work within a dynamic and innovative company, who dedicate considerable time and effort into ensuring customer service and support is maintained to the highest level.

The job description includes:

Receiving calls and following up on lead enquiries to introduce our survey services to clients
Prioritise workload and deal with multiple enquiries via email and telephone
Establishing which services are required and providing quotations
Keep an organised booking calendar, updating customers from start to finish and communicating changes to the relevant surveyor

Other Requirements:

Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and deal with multiple customers or enquiries at any one time
Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Alpine Surveys are a recognised and consultancy, that specialise in accurately resolving issues in properties of all ages. We provide Structural Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Thermal Imaging Surveys and Aerial Surveys throughout the South of England. Our customer feedback and references on internet systems detail our success and level of professionalism and accuracy.

The successful candidate will join our team in our offices just outside of Wareham, and therefore a driving licence and transport is essential.

We are offering the chance to work in our professional and friendly team, and we are looking to offer the following package for the right candidates:

Salary between £28,000 to £33,000

25 days annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays
