Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a passion for sales management, ensuring that the store meets its sales targets while providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective organisational and time management abilities to maintain a productive work environment and achieve operational excellence.

Duties

Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages high performance.
Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management, including ordering and receiving products.
Implement training programmes for new employees, focusing on sales techniques and customer service skills.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
Develop strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Utilise phone etiquette effectively when communicating with customers or suppliers.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
Proficient in sales management techniques with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by good phone etiquette.
