Shift patterns: Monday-Friday, 08:00 Start (Some flexibility available.)

As an Administration Controller, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation by managing key administrative processes, maintaining accurate records and helping keep the site running smoothly and efficiently.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Managing driver holiday records and maintaining accurate personnel and administration files.
Supporting payroll processes through the accurate preparation, validation and maintenance of employee data and records.
Maintaining spreadsheets and business systems, ensuring operational and financial data is accurate and up to date.
Raising purchase orders, monitoring expenditure and tracking orders for site requirements.
Providing general administrative support to colleagues across the operation, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
