Barnardo's is seeking to recruit a Service Administrator finance Lead

The successful candidate must be flexible in approach to their work and demonstrate their ability to work effectively and systematically on their own and as part of a team. As well as technical and financial skills, the successful candidate should have experience of applying sensitive listening skills, must be able to communicate in a warm but professional and confidential manner.

The Service Administrator will lead and coordinate administrative functions across Peterborough Child and Family Centres and associated services. Working within a centralised administration model, the post holder will provide locality wide support and leadership across finance, data management, governance and operational administration.

The post holder will be responsible for supervising and line managing Service Administrators, supporting volunteer administration roles, and ensuring that high-quality administrative systems and processes are maintained across the service.
