Overview:

We are a long-established family business who is a leader in the outdoor retail industry running a thriving online business and operating 4 stores in the South West.
Our passion is walking, camping, adventure travel, climbing, trail running and lots in between. Having been voted Independent Retailer of the year by our customers in recent times, customer service is very important to us.

So, if you love the outdoors, would like to work with premium outdoor brands and products and be part of a small and caring team this could be the opportunity for you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us for a fixed term contract full time in our Customer Service Department in Taunton until the 31st January 2027.

This a varied role and training will be given on our systems and procedures. We are looking for an individual who can to assist with packing, dispatching orders, dealing with returns and helping the customer service team to deliver great products and great service. You will be working at our head office to help deliver that.

Full training is provided, the most important attributes we're looking for are:
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Competent IT ability, with experience of back office stock and sales systems an advantage
- Adaptability to new challenges and willingness to learn

In person at our Taunton TA1 offices
