About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, building long-term customer relationships, and helping customers find the products that best suit their needs.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience while maintaining high standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide an exceptional customer experience in a friendly, welcoming, and professional environment.

* Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers with recommendations, product care, maintenance, and after-sales support.

* Help customers find products that best suit their individual preferences and needs.

* Answer customer questions about vaping products and provide guidance to those looking to transition from smoking.

* Demonstrate and explain new products, features, and benefits in a clear and informative manner.

* Build positive relationships with both new and existing customers by offering knowledgeable advice and excellent service.

* Process sales, refunds, exchanges, and operate the till accurately.

* Assist with stock control, stock replenishment, and reporting low stock levels.

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally, escalating to management where necessary.

* Manage promotions, pricing updates, discounts, and customer returns.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising throughout the store.

* Monitor stock levels and report customer feedback and sales trends to management.

* Support the day-to-day operation of the store.

* Attend training sessions and industry events where applicable to stay informed about new products and market developments.

* Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* A genuine passion for helping customers and providing tailored recommendations.

* Confident and professional verbal communication and presentation skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

* Comfortable using smartphones and digital technology.

* Experience using CRM systems or other digital sales tools is desirable.

* Knowledge of retail sales, product demonstrations, and sales reporting is advantageous.

* Confident speaking with customers and presenting products.

* Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.

* Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

* A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

* Previous retail or vaping industry experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
