Full job description

Join us on a fully flexible, AS AND WHEN REQUIRED basis where no two days are the same. We’re seeking a Reception, Rental & Event Support Assistant to support our teams as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and welcoming reception cover
Assist with the setup, coordination, and support of off-site events
Deliver high standards of service to clients, visitors, and colleagues
Handle administrative tasks and enquiries efficiently
Travel to event locations as required (transport may be provided)
Handling enquiries and managing bookings efficiently, both in person and over the phone
Processing payments, deposits, and refunds accurately and in line with company procedures
Verifying customer identification and insurance eligibility to ensure compliance with rental policies
Managing the handover and return of vehicles, ensuring a seamless and well-documented process

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible approach to working hours and locations
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or event support is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
