- Monday & Tuesday : 1:00pm – 5:30pm
- Wednesday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm ( 30-minute break)
- Thursday & Friday: 1:00pm – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute break)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our busy and successful estate agency team.
This is a key role within the branch, combining administration, compliance, client care, and marketing support. You will play an important role in managing the vendor journey from instruction through to sale agreed, ensuring exceptional service standards while supporting the wider sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new instructions, managing compliance requirements, coordinating viewings, maintaining communication with vendors, and ensuring our properties are marketed to the highest standard. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new sales instructions and preparing properties for market launch.
- Carrying out AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Managing vendor onboarding and maintaining accurate property records.
- Creating, updating, and managing property advertisements across online portals and marketing platforms.
- Processing price reductions and updating marketing material accordingly.
- Conducting regular vendor reviews and providing proactive updates on marketing performance and market activity.
- Booking property viewings and coordinating appointments between applicants and vendors.
- Chasing viewing feedback and ensuring vendors receive timely and constructive updates.
- Preparing sales documentation and ensuring company procedures and compliance standards are met.
- Supporting negotiators and valuers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Managing property files and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Handling incoming enquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to vendors, buyers, and applicants throughout their property journey.
- Ensuring property listings remain accurate, professional, and up to date at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence speaking with clients and maintaining professional relationships.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- A positive, professional, and proactive approach to work.

Pay: £21,100.00-£25,600.00 per year
