The Role
We’re looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied, fast-paced role offering an excellent opportunity to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

You’ll play a key part in supporting commercial and wider business operations, ensuring accurate data management and helping to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintaining and updating key operational and commercial data
Coordinating deliveries, collections, and supplier orders
Preparing reports on stock, deliveries, and product performance
Ensuring all documentation is accurate and properly managed
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

What You Need to Succeed

Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-motivated approach
Confidence working with data and systems
Experience across Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and SAGE200 would be beneficial
