Full job description

Overall Functions:

·To support the Area Account manager with all office related work, so that the Area Account manager can be focused on conducting F2F visits and generating new business

Role Overview

·This role will have a mix of admin tasks, proactive selling to customers and follow of Trimline internal stakeholders. In order to thrive you will need to know the functioning of Trimline order and CRM systems and be able to organise your day well to cover both reactive and proactive tasks. The ability to give customers a fast response whist having the customer details at your fingertips will make you an ‘A’ player in this role.

Overall Job Responsibilities:

· Be on call for the Area Account Manager after each appointment to complete follow up tasks

· Setting up pricing on the system in line with agreed pricing by Area Account manager

· Prepare quotes as required and send to customers

· Sales enquiry logging for the North

· Follow up sales enquiries in line with agreed follow up plan with Area Account Manager

· Work with Area Account Manager to proactively phone agreed customers to book appointments

· Find new prospects and follow up as agreed with Area Account Manager

· Monitoring call-offs and special orders and push customers for delivery

· Gaining call-off schedules from customers and liaising with Purchasing for forecasting

· Ensure any outstanding orders personally processed are actioned daily

· Liaise with purchasing and suppliers on special order items for costs and lead times

· Work with customers and area account manager for any pricing queries, ensure resolved quickly

· Reporting on customers dropped in spend and working on a strategy with the Area Account Manager

· 120 Phone Calls

Team Goal

· Enquiries: Generate £500,000, Win £185,000

· New Accounts: Generate £21,000, 1st Order £7,350, Actual Spend Increase by £4,778

· New Ranges: Generate £20,000, 1st Order £7,200, Actual Spend Increase by £936

Other:

· Laptop and phone

· 20 days holiday per annum, excluding bank holidays, 1 extra day per year of service up to 5 years

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
