⭐ Work Just 4 Days a Week – On a Full-Time Salary ⭐

Location: Derby (DE21)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Fully Office-Based

We're offering a genuine 4-day working week on full-time pay, giving you an extra day every week to spend doing the things you enjoy.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our growing professional services business in Derby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service. Whether you've gained those skills in hospitality, retail, reception, leisure or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.

This vacancy has arisen through an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing our people and creating genuine opportunities for career progression.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach.
Answering telephone calls and emails, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently.
Providing administrative support across the business.
Preparing documents, formatting reports and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring the office is always presented to a high standard.
Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and office supplies.
Supporting day-to-day office operations and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people.
Professional and confident communicating with clients.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Positive, proactive and eager to learn.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or quick to pick up new systems.

You don't need years of administration experience to succeed. If you've developed exceptional customer service skills in hospitality, retail, travel, leisure or another client-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
