As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a professional and motivated Administration Support Officer to join our team.

This position offers a structured career development pathway within a respected international organisation. Prior industry experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Role Purpose

The Administration Support Officer will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of certification services. The role requires accuracy, professionalism and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and develop specialist knowledge relevant to compliance, operations and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing administrative support to UK and international clients
Coordinating documentation, reports and internal workflows
Assisting with compliance and professional standards processes
Supporting operational and commercial activities across the organisation
Liaising with clients across multiple industry sectors
Developing an understanding of decision-making processes within an accredited certification body

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Training and Development

Internal Training Includes:

Company systems, processes and operational procedures
Compliance workflows
Understanding how standards support organisational improvement

External Professional Qualifications: As experience increases, the postholder will have the opportunity to undertake globally recognised professional training, including Management System Auditing courses.

Mentoring from experienced professionals and direct guidance from senior management will form part of the development pathway.
