Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional food quality, maintain high standards of food safety, and foster a positive, efficient work environment. Your leadership will inspire your team to create memorable dining experiences while managing day-to-day kitchen activities with enthusiasm and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, management skills, and hospitality passion in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and food service personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards and consistency across all dishes served.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
Enforce strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff that highlight creativity while meeting customer preferences and dietary needs.
Train team members on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster professional growth.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and positive guest experiences.

Experience

Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on kitchen operations.
Extensive background in food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation processes.
Demonstrated supervising experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Familiarity with restaurant management systems, inventory control, and cost management tools.
Previous experience working as a chef or cook with a comprehensive understanding of culinary arts is highly desirable.
Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus but not required; however, a passion for hospitality and excellent leadership skills are essential
