Media Partnerships Manager

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Hybrid – Bradford HQ | Up to £38,000 + bonus/commission + company car

This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract while we establish this exciting new business function. Subject to the continued success and growth of the division, there is potential for the role to become permanent.

About Refreshment Systems

Refreshment Systems Ltd is a leading UK provider of vending, coffee and refreshment solutions, operating across high-profile environments including NHS hospitals.

We are launching an exciting new digital media division and are looking for an ambitious Media Partnerships Manager to help build and grow advertising revenue across our expanding network of digital screens.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take the lead in developing commercial partnerships, driving advertising revenue and managing relationships with media agencies, brands and digital advertising partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new area of the business, establish a sustainable revenue stream and make a real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and grow advertising revenue across our digital screen network.

· Build strong relationships with brands, agencies and commercial partners.

· Manage third-party media and programmatic advertising partners.

· Identify new business opportunities within sectors including healthcare, recruitment and food and beverage.

· Help define pricing, advertising packages and inventory strategy.

· Oversee campaign delivery, reporting and content suitability for healthcare environments.

· Monitor revenue, campaign performance and partner effectiveness, using data to improve results.

· Help shape the commercial strategy for this growing area of the business.

About You

We are looking for a commercially driven individual who is confident building relationships and developing new revenue opportunities. You should have:

· Experience in media sales, digital advertising, digital out-of-home media or a similar commercial environment.

· Strong business development, commercial and negotiation skills.

· Experience working with clients, agencies, brands or media partners.

· A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with the confidence to build a new function.

· Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical skills.

· The ability to work independently in a fast-growing and evolving environment.

· Knowledge of programmatic advertising, retail media or digital out-of-home ecosystems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
