Location: Newquay Bay Holiday Resort, Cornwall, TR8 4AS

Job type: Permanent Contract – 40 hours per week

Salary: £26,511 per annum + OTE

We’re growing fast, and our exciting and innovative plans mean we need to expand our sales teams. We want results driven sales advisors who will be offering people the opportunity for Holiday Home ownership at one of our parks.

Newquay Bay Resort, the perfect location for seaside adventures in Cornwall, mixed with the tranquillity of a country getaway. This peaceful valley setting on the breath-taking North Coast, experience the brisk breeze of open air, heavenly seafood restaurants, and next level water-sports!

What you’ll be doing

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes.

You will seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, and you will guide them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, making sure that they have all the information and support they need to make a decision.

You will have stretching sales targets which you will be keen to exceed; always with the aim that new owners will say that it was a pleasure to buy from you.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on evenings, weekends and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

First and foremost, you will be a people person with the ability to build long-term relationships. You will have a real talent for making customers feel special, either on the phone or face-to-face. It’s in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen.

Multi-tasking is second nature to you, and even in the busiest moments, you stay calm and approachable. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves making a real impact.

Nice to have but not essential

It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won’t hold it against you if you don’t)

Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high-value products.
Demonstrated success in outbound sales calls to engage potential customers and secure appointments.
Strong background in a target-driven sales environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Whatever your experience, we will provide great training to ensure you can guide your customers from start to finish, always putting yourself in their shoes.
