Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and be part of disrupting the building industry! This role is focused on selling our extensive range of products to DIY shops, builders’ merchants, plumber merchants, trade counters, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets and being the face of the brand and company to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and seek new business opportunities as well as keeping strong relationships with exiting customers.
Maximise revenue and ensure growth in line with profitability targets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products using solid sales experience and promote the brands.
Visit and be the main point of contact for customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback and build long term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the industry.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritising, time management, and organisational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Field sales experience required min 3 years.
Have established customer base from previous employment and recognition in the industry.
