Duties

Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their experience
Engage in active negotiations to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and current promotions to inform and assist customers confidently
Manage B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions by establishing professional relationships with corporate clients
Drive sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential customers and following up on leads
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Organize daily tasks efficiently using strong time management and organizational skills to maximize productivity

Skills

Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and listen actively to customer needs
Strong negotiation skills to close deals while maintaining positive relationships
Valid driving license preferred for visiting clients or attending off-site meetings
Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles with a focus on building long-term relationships
Proficiency in IT systems for managing sales data, customer information, and reporting tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals
