Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Door Canvasser and play a vital role in expanding our community outreach efforts! In this energetic position, you will engage with residents directly at their doorsteps to introduce Dunstable Solar products, build rapport, and generate new leads.

Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us connect with potential clients, making a positive impact in neighborhoods while developing your sales expertise. Duties

Approach residents at their homes with confidence and professionalism to introduce our energy saving services.
Clearly communicate the benefits of our offerings, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to log interactions and track leads accurately.
Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls or scheduled visits to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.
Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve canvassing techniques.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally during all interactions.
Keep detailed records of door-to-door activities, including successful contacts and follow-up actions.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English
Prior experience or familiarity with B2B sales, telemarketing, or direct customer engagement is preferred.
Must have a full UK driving license and car.
Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently during canvassing routes.
Comfortable using CRM software such as Salesforce to document interactions and manage leads.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
Reliable transportation or access to routes within designated neighborhoods.
Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt strategies based on feedback.
