About Us

We are a family-run longstanding Motor Vehicle Group based in Cinderford, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire offering full retailer facilities for Skoda, MG and Jeep.

We are seeking an additional Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced automotive sales teams. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders
Booking vehicles for workshop preperation
Registering/taxing new and used vehicles
Invoicing customer orders
Preparing paperwork for handing over vehicles to customers
Notifying DVLA of change of vehicle keeper
Assisting customers with personal plate paperwork
Maintaining accurate stock records
Assisting with day-to-day banking
Petty Cash
Answering telephone calls
Communicating effectively with customers, sales staff, and external agencies to facilitate smooth transactions

Skills Required

Able to produce and maintain Excel and Word documents with a good computer literacy
Polite and friendly telephone manner
Good numerical skills
Have excellent attention to detail, particularly with compliance and documentation
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines for month ends and quarterly
Trustworthy, with a can do attitude
Automotive experience or similar administration environment preferred but full training can be given

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
