Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.
Assist guests with reservations, enquiries, and special requests to enhance their overall experience.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
Support multilingual communication to accommodate diverse guests and facilitate smooth interactions.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
Strong guest service skills with a passion for creating positive experiences.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservation systems and front desk procedures, is beneficial.
Experience working in fast-paced settings that require multitasking and adaptability.
