Full job description

Job Role: Junior Account Manager – Coffee Division

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hour working week)

Location: Millers Vanguard Response Centre (Building 2), Bury, Manchester, BL9 6LE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Junior Account Manager to join our growing Coffee Division. This office based role is ideal for someone who is early in their Account Management career and keen to build their skills in client relationship management, service and data interpretation.

Working closely with the Category Manager – Coffee, you will help maintain strong client relationships, support daily account activity and contribute to the successful delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Category Manager – Coffee with day to day account management and administrative duties.
Act as a reliable point of contact for a major coffee client, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Assist in preparing quarterly business review packs, including gathering and organising data.
Use CAFM systems to help monitor service performance and coordinate internally where needed.
Provide occasional corporate hospitality to support client relationship building.
Help interpret service and performance data to support reporting and client discussions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to help ensure service levels and customer expectations are consistently met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Some experience in a customer facing or service‑focused role (account management experience beneficial).
Willingness to learn and confidently use CAFM systems and operational data.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and clients.
Highly organised, proactive and eager to develop within an account‑management environment.
Comfortable interpreting basic data and presenting information clearly.
Able to work full time from our Bury site.
