Full job description

Club Excel are a Multi-Activity Children's Holiday Camp company and are currently recruiting an experienced, enthusiastic and confident Administrator to work with us in the head office during the Summer holidays.

Candidate must live local to Mill Hill, NW7 4SD and have previous office administration experience.

Working Hours / Dates

Monday - Friday
Part-Time
8am-4pm, 8am-6pm - can be flexible with working hours
Start Date - Monday 27th July - 28th August (Must be available for training week beginning 20th July)

Site Office Location

Office location: Mill Hill, London, NW7 4SD

Job Description:

Answering and responding to phone calls and e-mails in a professional, confident and timely manner.
Taking messages and passing these on efficiently to the wider team on camp.
Taking bookings and processing payments from customers.
Management of companies online booking system. (full training provided)
Ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Printing and filing when required.
Taking deliveries.
Management and distribution of post.
Making office equipment orders.
Supporting the Office Manager.

What We Require:

Great organisational skills.
Ability to use own initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent customer care skills.
Previous office experience.
Punctual and flexible.
Good literature skills
Competant MS Office user
Good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Club Excel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments would be on the condition of successfully completing robust vetting checks and obtaining an enhanced DBS.

Pay: £300.00-£650.00 per week
