About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing new business, and providing expert insurance advice.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients while identifying opportunities to grow the account through new business and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify and win new business opportunities.
Conduct client reviews and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and coverage.
Achieve individual sales and retention targets.
Stay up to date with market trends and insurance products.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working as an Insurance Broker Account Executive, Commercial Account Executive, or similar client-facing insurance role.
A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with commercial insurance products is essential.
