Shifts are Friday and Saturday 00:00 - 04:15

Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Female SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance, loss prevention, and excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.

Duties

Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorized entry
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security threats
Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behaviour and intervening when necessary
Enforce venue policies in a courteous and professional manner
Respond promptly to incidents, including providing first aid if required
Maintain accurate records of incidents and security activities
Conduct pat-downs or searches when appropriate, adhering to legal guidelines
Collaborate with other security personnel and emergency services as needed

Experience

Valid SIA Door Supervisor license is essential
Prior experience in security or surveillance roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous
First aid certification or willingness to undertake training is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong observational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and courteously

This role is paid weekly in arrears.
