Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable PSV Minibus Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers using a passenger service vehicle (PSV), ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey for all. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to safety will help us deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation for excellence. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing dependable transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the minibus in accordance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
Transport passengers to designated locations efficiently and punctually
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking mechanical components and safety equipment
Maintain clear communication with passengers, providing assistance as needed and ensuring a positive experience
Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger details as required
Assist with minor vehicle maintenance tasks when necessary to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

Valid PSV driver’s license with relevant endorsements for minibus operation
Proven experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver, preferably with <PERSON> driver experience
Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and perform routine maintenance checks
Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
Good command of English for effective communication with passengers and team members
Demonstrated communication skills to handle passenger inquiries professionally
Ability to follow safety procedures meticulously and work responsibly in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in passenger transportation or minibus driving is highly desirable
